I'm trying to make this, but am unsure as I need to install my skids and balance my new tires. And my CB isn't in.... ya'll know a cb store in the area?

 

I know there's a ham radio outlet in burbank but I'm not sure if they would be much help though just go online and get there number give them a call

 

But usually most of the people that come don't really have cb radios or If they go there not tuned and makes communication shitty

 

Ham Radio Outlet - that's where I'll be going when I finally get ham. I'm trying to prep for Moab, mainly, so a romp with new gear beforehand would be cool, just in case anything breaks. Thanks for the advice, and we'll see what I can get finished!

 

theres a ham radio outlet in anehiem or however you spell it, too they sell a few cb's there but they're price, looking at about $200 for everything you'd need. I got my cb, antenna, cables, pa, everything at a gas station on the way to cal city and couldn't be happier with it.
Same radio too, just $75 less than the ham radio outlet was charging lol.

 

speaking of cb, what channel is everyone using?

 

I have a megaphone.......no channel needed!

 

that probably works better than a the cb's
