Wow. Wouldn't expect that from demello. I've only heard good things. I hate it when companies don't care for their customers.

I am more than positive Demello will make this right. I have talked with Jason a few times about the future for my FJ and he has been more than helpful and patient with me. They have solid products and awesome customer service so I am not sure what is happening OP. I am very shocked to hear this. Have you spoken with Jason directly?

This is more of an issue with the employees it seems, although it is Jason's responsibility to make sure these things don't happen. I'd give Jason a chance to make it right personally.

This makes me glad I changed my plans last minute and ordered elsewhere. I was merely minutes from ordering a front bumper from these guys. It was an outrageous shipping quote from them that saved me this hassle. Instead I recieved a front and rear bumper from a one man show in 6 weeks exactly.

WOW, this is not good news.

Sorry to hear about the issues Jamie! hopefully this gets resolved ASAP.

The kicker for this is that on Demello's FB page there is a picture with probably 30+ bumpers in it posted Tuesday (May 8th) and before that on March 6th there is another picture with a bunch of bumpers, so its not like they have been slow on production....

wonder if a comment on the FB page would invite Demello to comment on this issue?

Ouch. Hope Demello can come out and try to make things right with you. I hate it when a company that seems to have a really good reputation has something like this happen. Hopefully it was a back end mistake, but it sounds like they made multiple errors on this one. and giving arbitrary ship dates didnt help either...

I just want this to have a positive outcome. I do want the bumper as opposed to a refund.

I have not spoken to Jason directly and maybe I've made a mistake there.
