Guys, I am trying to judge what kind of interest I would have in some other items I have thought about bringing to market.

Here are some items I have been playing around with for possible production. If anybody has any idea's feel free to let me know.

I am looking at making a cover for the center console that would cover the cubby hole at the front. It would have a cut out for a CB to be installed.

For those running tube rear bumpers, I am looking at producing a fiberglass cover to smooth out the rear corner and fill the gap left from the removal of the factory bumper.

Prerunner style bulged front fender/rear bed sides.

I have been looking at producing some other items that are not fiberglass either.

CB mount/Light mount
Sliders
skid plates
front body mount chop kit with replacement panels for those cut out.
Winch mount behind the front bumper
Winch bumper
Rear bumper
Cargo rack/carrier for the bed
Cargo basket

The biggest item I have been looking at is producing a fiberglass enfused body "off road trailer".

This is the biggest and most challenging item to create. Just looking to see if there is any interest for any of these items.

Obviously I haven't posted any pics of the items in sketch or production yet, I am just wanting a feeler for what everybody wants and which item I am going to start producing next.

I might be interested in the console pending options of what it would/could be also maybe sliders not a big off roader but the tires on my truck tend to fling rocks. Seeing your and COMAtose HI 's trucks tires surprised you don't break your own windows.

the step bars catch a lot of the rocks for me.

Arrived a my door @ 3pm today, Monday the 7th.
Now the decision. Install over my WeatherTech headlight protection,
Or try to slice it and peel off where the Eyelids adhere, so they sit on the headlight.

Gonna be a while, gatta wait for a hot day. (if I can wait)

Also, I wonder if it'd be possible OP to make the lower eyelid a one piece replacement and eliminate the (small) gap? Seems pretty straightforward, but then again, I have never worked with fiberglass.

 

Yes, your the first for lowers in super white.

 

I could try to build the entire lower part, but it would put the expense very high as it would require alot more time to build that part as a whole.

I think that it would price it out of what most people would be willing to pay for the lower cover, but I will look closer into building that as an entire item.

 

Group 7 lids have been shipped to me today. I should see them in the next few days. Then off to painting.
