    Hell no. The only reason I would remove the sway bar is to gain travel or to replace suspension.

    I have helped put on a couple aftermarket bumpers including taking mine off on numerous times and never had to remove the sway bar.

    Alignment has nothing to do with sway bar. That's all cam's & tie rods up front.

    Makes no sense to me why it would have been removed let alone flipped if that's the case.
