Damn, I didn't realize that was a plastic sleeve, I thought it was a metal sleeve and didn't really see the point

Not yet, parts are on their way so for now I'm just driving a horribly misaligned truck :D

I picked up 4 cut off wheels for the angle grinder, dremel cut off blades, a carbide blade for the sawzall and a package of Milwaulkee TORCH metal blades. Between all that, those MFers are coming out

I also rented the press from Autozone as well.

    Just for comparison and thought.

I paid about $850 (parts and labor) to my friend that works for Toyota.

He was done with my LCAs, LBJ and alignment in about 3 hours. (I had seized bushings, bolts and bent LCAs, plus I have 75,000+ miles on my truck)

    Time = $$$?

Nope, the fun begins next weekend :D

I'm as prepared as I'm going to be. I think it'll be alright. I tear down Friday night, cut out the bushings and paint Saturday, reinstall Sunday, alignment 1st thing Monday morning. I might have a couple local members help out if they're available.

I paid $260 for the bushings, cam bolts and alignment tabs and probably another $30 in grease, cutting tools and paint. I'll spend another $100 on an alignment bringing the total to $490.

Toyota was going to charge me $380 for each LCA, over $80 to replace the LCA bolts plus the labor for install and the alignment cost. I would have been over $1,000.

For 1/2 the cost, I'll actually put grease and everything and properly paint everything on the install so I won't have to deal with this again in another 50k miles and won't have rust issues. (Plus, it's my truck, I'll be a hell of a lot nicer than the Toyota tech) Time does equal money but I have the tools to repair it, I'll do it rather than pay Toyota.

Very true... Don't worry about checking the price. I bought through Camelback Toyota and got their 5% off deal and free shipping. I don't think I could have done much better on OEM pricing anyways.

Here's my parts list, just got the shipping info today. Something seems incorrect though. I don't see the toe adjuster but it's also not listed on Camelback's parts diagram. I guess I'll see what I get and make a local run to the stealership if I need anything else.

I know that, should have been more specific. The part Boyd showed is referred to as a "Cam Sub Assembly, Toe". The part number on his part isn't on my list or even shown on the parts diagram from their website. I'm hoping I have everything I need, we'll soon find out

I was right, I'm missing some stuff... For anyone watching, here's what your parts list SHOULD look like:
    4865504020 BUSH, LWR ARM, NO.2 2 EA
    4865404040 BUSH, LWR ARM 2EA
4819860011 CAM, CAMBER ADJUST 2 EA
4819060020 CAM ASSY, CAMBER ADJ 2 EA
    90178A0013 NUT, FLANGE 4EA
    4840960020 2EA
    4845235030 2 EA
    90119-A0166 2 EA

Camelback's parts diagram was off and showed that the front and rear bushings take the same bolts.

thats an easy list.... the place I used had them as handed which made my list twice as long and took twice the time to double check.

Not yet, local parts departments open at 9 AM so I'm going to start calling until I find a dealership that has them in stock. It's just a couple bolts so hopefully at least someone local has them. Everything else is ready to go, I've got plenty of sawzall blades, rotary cutoff blades and lots of PB Blaster, burgers, buns and beer in the fridge
