try having to wait 4 months to get your shit done. now that is a LONG TIME!

....maybe they are just too busy today. i say wait til tomorrow and if they still dont, then take it somewhere else.

I agree with MsTrd, if they give you the run around tomorrow, tell them to shove it.

    I laughed at that...thanks!

Though it's frustrating, don't take your business elsewhere if they already have the parts on hand. It would really screw them. Plus, you may lose your deposit.

I also would not raise a stink when you take it in. It's like complaining about poor service to someone who is making you a pizza behind closed doors. Ever see the movie 'Waiting' or 'Road Trip'? Don't do it

Just make a mental note that you do not take your vehicle back there. Tell some friends as well.

I voted no only because I wasn't sure if you would lose your deposit unless you can take your new parts without obligation to them, if so, then I woud change my vote to yes! How is their work besides this ordering/scheduling snafu? Hopefully that isn't their norm or is it?

I'd say their customer service isn't great- but they don't control their suppliers so the parts may have taken longer than anticipated. They schedule out their bay time- so they are prolly booked up for today...Again...poor customer service-

But worth the hassle of re-racking your efforts...I don't think so.

Make sure you never take your rig there again....Tell anyone else you know or who asks that they aren't good or recommend another place.

As a side note- Check the work they do- Look at it and make sure everything looks right. pay attention to how it feels as you drive it. Make sure it's right and comfortable.
