    Sorry to hear John, it was probably after they became a city , that place aint been the same since they had the Titanic movie set down there, I'm talking about 25 years ago, loved that place, very small , pretty quiet good food & really fun bars too... but TJ is THE premiere shithole border town, cant get thru it fast enough...

    Best birria is on the way to Rosarito through the "libre" (non toll road), the birria spot is across the street from a strip club w a church on the second floor above it (only in mx)...thats the best spot for birria, its near all of the "santana" used car lots.

    Last time I got Langosta in Puerto Nuevo it was definitely sub par, used to be awesome. I stick to the ones we get off La Jolla now, hoop netting is a good time, hard to stay sober though
