Can I Use My Battery Charger With The Stock Inverter?

I'm going camping. I'll need a way to charge up my boat batteries. I'm wondering if this will work?

 

Just plug it in and see if it works. It's not like your powering a mitre saw or anything.

 

Output is 400 watts / 120v = 3.3amps. Should work.

 

Should work fine. That battery charger has a pretty low draw according to your picture, only 1.8A. Hell, my driving lights draw more than that!

 

So if I'm only taking in 1.8amps and putting out 10amps with the charger.

Is it possible to make unlimited power if I just start connecting a bunch of these chargers?

 

No, you have to understand how amperage and voltage interact. You can put in 1.8A and output 10A but your voltage is significantly reduced. (1.8A at 120 volts vs. 10A at 12 volts).

I realize that most likely wasn't a serious question but it doesn't hurt to know the answer to it.
