    You need to FFL that, unless it's your gun, but if your selling. It's required by LAW to ffl to ffl for transfers. Even if it's a used gun, the FFL will transfer it a new gun, so no FTF/PPT. I had my 2 HK USP .45c's transfered from socal to my ffl. You just pay shipping and the ffl fee's.
