So my 2010 double cab long bed was bottoming out with light off roading so I put a 3 in spacer lift and some 285 BFGoodrich All Terrains on there. The truck now looks great and can off road like a champ. Problem is now my traction control system kicks in randomly on dry roads all the time, so annoying, anyone else have this issue?

The lift didn't do it, the tires did. A lift doesn't affect how the ABS system works but changing tire diameters will mess with the VSC. Either way, the fix is to have your skid control reset by a dealer.

Also, if you're off roading and bottoming out, you might want to rethink that spacer lift.... Normally, when you bottom out, you hit the bump stops. Spacer lifts make it so the shock bottoms out before you hit the bump stops, forcing the shock to take the shock. The shock isn't meant to take this kind of force and will eventually snap, leaving you SOL (truck most likely will not be drivable when this happens).

The off roading is very minor and I never bottom out anymore so I am psyched on the lift. Thanks for the info on getting the system reset by a dealer
