    ehh. it’s kinda hard to enforce. TN is having a problem enforcing it.. it’s illegal for anyone to text, if you are under 18 you can’t talk either.

    i don’t text and drive! i try not to talk. i have taken a few pic or trucks or something odd on the road. but i send the pic when i’m not driving. i also drive with one hand most the time any ways. right arm on center console and hand on shifter.

    texting hu??? I rarely text and drive at the same time. I was typing on the computer while driving....duh...:D. I usually just run tags and car to car other officers..As far as tint police cars are an exception to the tint statue...or wait I Should say, cause this has caused confusion in the past..K9 cars and unmarked cars and surveilance vehicles can go as dark as they want...as for the others we are required to have legal tint and the dept. checks our cars...;)
