So I have researched all the threads I could but none seem to be the same problem as mine. They all describe like squeaks and clanking sounds but mine is different. I have a 2012 with less than 10,000 miles on it. I did a Toytec 3'' lift on with the 1.5'' AAL with 5100's in the rear. Hoping sombody can help me out cause this is my 1st Toyota and loving it and this site as been nothing but help.

PROBLEM= When I go over certain bumps I get this annoying sound that sounds like your shaking a bag of change or dropping washers or somthing. I have checked everything I could think off. Ive checked the washers on the shocks. Ive also checked the U-Bolts and everything. It happened after I installed the AAL cause at 1st I had blocks but did the switch to AAL's which actually lowered the back end a little. It doesnt do it going over your usuall bumps in the highway or Interstate but when Im going down gravel roads or speed bumps I hear it. Any help would be appreciated.

When I first saw this thread, I thought it was going to be a post about my wife... :D

Have you checked to make sure your spare tire is still in place pretty tight? If it works it's way loose, it will make the same noise you are describing.

So I tightened the spare as it was a little loose and me and the wife went out to eat but heard no noise at all. Thanks for the help!
