I wonder how many lights can hook up to one dimmer

 

Ya I know...but he asked if both could be plugged into the existing switch...u can but the problem is that the key needs to be in the ignition for them to turn on

With the remote, it can be turned on whenever u want if directly plugged into the battery

 

It all falls on how much wattage/amps it can take...if its alot then you can go all out with as many as u like...(which would be day light for you lol)

Damn I was pumped about this group buy and was about to pull the trigger on 4... then I looked up the color bin for Cree XM-L T6.

For those of you that care about such things that is a 6500K color bin. Oh well. That is just too blue for what I want.

i agree and look up videos on youtube of these lights, they arent even close to being blue!!

anyway im still ordering 4, 60 models, 2 clear lens covers, 2 yellow lens covers, and a dimmer remote switch to turn on the sun whenever i want!

and with the code its gonna be $93 less! . . . . . . . whenever he emails it to me

Not to be argumentative, here is some info on color temperature:

6500K does have a very distinctive blue tint.


Your eye will see things that cell phone cameras and even SLRs won't see unless the color balance is precisely controlled for the picture.

Anyway you cut it, thanks for setting up this great group buy and I hope everyone loves their new lights!

(I'm still debating picking some up despite really not wanting 6500K LEDs!)

i see your point, but i also have 3 different hid kits on my truck, Morimoto 35w 6k for headlights, DDM 55w 6k for grill lights, and some 100w 6k for fog lights and every single one looks completely different!!

Headlights have a very clear white color with a flicker of blue, purple, and yellow
Grill lights have a very blue tint to them, not at all white
Fog lights have a very bright blue tint to them, not at all white

I also had Philips 35w 6k hids in my headlights before the retro fit and they were a white with a small blue tint
and i have 3 different led flashlights (2 are 5k and 1 is 6k) and all three are different shades of white and blue sooooooooooooooooo . . . . . . . i understand what the colors are "supposed" to be but all i have to do is turn on every light i own and visually see the difference!! I dont need a chart to tell me that!

Yea in this pic the headlights are 4300K and the 8" KC off road lights are 6000K. The ADVs look right in between almost
