    DOM sliders are about 15 lbs heavier for the 82" size. (Info I asked from Revenge) and are really for full on rock crawling rigs.

    If you are doing moderate wheeling you are probably going to be fine with the HREW.

    And yes...Revenge did offer the option- PM him for details/$

    Yes- Revenge-Fab said in the feeler thread that paint gets damaged in shipping and powdercoat is expensive. A few folks shared their ideas for what to do instead.

    Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
    FYI- HREW means "Hot Rolled Electric Welded" and DOM is "Drawn Over Mandrel". DOM tube is seamless, whereas HREW is a process where a sheet is rolled into tube and has a seam that has been welded. HREW is inherently weaker due to the seam, but as mentioned they should hold up fine on a rig that isnt a full on crawler or dedicated trail truck. DOM is also much more expensive to buy. I was quoted $280 for 40 feet of 2" DOM from my local metal supplier so im going with HREW too
