I'm willing to bet the ofna handles way better. You gonna run SC wheels and tires? Personally, I wouldn't.

when im done with it it will handle well. dont really care if the ofna handles better lol

I would think that the 1/10th stadium truck style wheels would give you better handling characteristics being wider and what-not. Or maybe even buggy wheels? I know mine does a lot better with the stockers than with my SC wheels and tires. Then again, those are semi-worn out trenchers.

 

Also, might want to look into running some kind of front bumper, I see that doesn't have one at all.

those are Pro-line Suburbs 2.0, they are used for blue groove tracks

 

Thinking I'm gonna need new tires on this truggy before too awful long. there's a LHS 10-15 minutes with lots of aka and jconcepts (some pro-line) stuff in stock. Any recommendations? Just something good all around with a good tread life. Don't what size to call them, they look like standard stadium truck tires. 2.2's?

JConcepts Subcultures might a good choice, but they are for a 2.8 Traxxas wheel...

Thanks. The local "organized" track has/is moving to my side of he river, (15 miles closer). Started layout yesterday, 15 Tri-axles of the reddest clay I've ever seen, built new drivers stand. Rain set in late yesterday, and all day to day. Sucks cause they have equipment rented that can't be used. Funny thing is, this track is less than 1/4 mile from our track.
