    I have both oem length and extended, id prefer to keep the extended length set.

    Actually, until I pushed it further than I should have my landings were really smooth. Even Paden mentioned it to me that the compression for what I was doing was damn close to great.

    On his bypasses we turned the compression all the way up and the landings were so much smoother, just turning the knob 4 turns....I want bypasses haha and the Icon's are so easy to turn/adjust.

    na the rally fighter was awesome, was hoping some people did the jump and some people went for the whoops but all in all a great time Alex, thanks for the work that went into setting it up!

    No problem. If you want longer rides their monthly events are the ones to go to because their isn't many people and they take you all over

    I moreso wanted to go for the engineering standpoint of the rally fighter

    Im at a loss for words. I tried some input way back in his cage and he got all pissy, then changed his cage :rolleyes:

    I really hope that is a jig because he basically hung his spindle on the end of a bumper. And no his steering rack wont swing 21". Notice its not hooked up

    how much adjustability do you get from a compression knob on a smooth body?

    Im not sure but I wish they had those when I bought my fronts. They released like a month after I bought mine :(

    By the way I didnt get to meet you yesterday. Your truck was the one I was scoping asking everyone when I was standing out front because it was way to big to be stock arms and wheel spacers. Truck looks good :cool:

    from what the guys at downsouth said not much. At least not enough to justify the extra cash for them. I think thats why you never see anyone run them.


    You can find 16" bypasses all day long on DR,TTORA, and RDC for any where from 650 - 1000. about the same price as a set of new smooth bodies. When I picked up my truck when I bought it We were at KarTek for a bit looking at the bypasses and then we went to DMZ to look at the shop and Tim said its damn hard to tune the Toyotas with smooth bodies. it can be done but takes a lot of time. After that we went back to KarTek and I bought the 2.5 tripples right then. (1st set)

    supercharged with MCM front kit

    The ones I had on the rear of the truck before the bypasses didn't do much. They did make a big difference on the front as a secondary though.

    i was looking at them for the front more so than the rear. I dont really want to spend the money on bypasses but now looking at it, new 2 tube bypass is $550 and a smoothie with compression knob is $490. Is the bypass worth the difference? or is it basically the same as it being a 2 tube with 1 compression on it anyhow
