got more work done its slow right now but im getting there got the second pillar tacked up and the front roof bar. the seat is also placed in the truck to give you and idea of the clearance around it.

in the last pict i know it looks like the cage is leaning well the cab is lifted up on the drivers side to tack in the bottom of the pillar. i didnt have anyone to help pull the block out from it so i couldnt level it back out.

looking good, currious to see how you box in the spindle-to-UCA mount. I like the upper arm design though, is it 4130?

If you convert to a recirculating ball steering set up, you might be able to more accomodate the extra travel.

Well im glad you reaapeared on the thread chris its been awhile since you posted on it lol i know the steering will be the issue now im going to use hiems on both ends which should give me the angles i need for the steering itll take time to work out steve i plan on doing a plate with a semicircle in the middle for the uniball to rotate in also will be adding one more tube from rear hiem to that plate, the material is 1.75 .120 wall dom the last bar will be 1.25 .120 wall dom and then it will be plated on top

    ...too much shit to list.
I'm not trying to talk shit, I'm just having a hard time picturing what you're saying here. Maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but I'm looking at the top down picture. I honestly can't see any way you are going to be able to strengthen that arm up enough without getting in the way of your coilover.
