Won't setting the park brake several times accomplish the same thing but much easier?

    Yes
and it sounds like you may have turned that too many clicks. Can you hear your brakes dragging while driving now?

No sounds or smell of hot brakes. The last truck I owned that had drum brakes (in the 1990's) the adjuster never worked and I would adjust them manually with a brake spoon thru the slot on the brake backing plate. On the tacoma the slot is not too accesable and I wanted to inspect the shoe anyway so I pulled the drum.

I didn't get any warnings when I followed the link to the forum page, but I am always getting alarms from Imageshack.
It likely it not Imageshack, but the advertisers that they work with when you follow IS linked photos.

It uses 4 of the 6 stock fastener locations - 3 screws and 1 clip. Notice the flap profile recedes away from the tire at the inboard edge - this allows my tire to clear at full lock.

Fog install, tinted, de-badged, relentless skids, beefed sliders, CBI spare tire carier, SCS F5's, color matched grill, GY Duratrac's,
Ok here we go, installed my set of relentless ifs and mid skids this morning, painted my front Toyota emblem black, and tried to paint the grill black but had a bad reaction with the adhesion promoter and base coat lol. Now it's textured black. Went wil my girl to a couple local trails and found two new ones. Terrain was a bit to much for my stock suspension and 245/75/16's blasted a rock with the skid and bent it, lost a center cap and riped a hole in the sidewall of one of the tires.
Overall I do have to say it was a fun day!
