    Should I clean this gun before it's first use? Didn't sound like that was necessary from the manual. Mags are impossible to find for Marlin's, ugh. There was a 25 round one out last year that apparently sucked balls so I guess they stopped making it. 10 round ones are rare, found them for $19, seems high?

    Anyone actually showing up Wednesday?

    The Ruger got uncomfortable to me after shooting a while. I really liked how Boyd's Marlin felt, that's why I went with the Marlin.

    I would oil it not clean it unless it comes from factory heavily oiled which is my guess. Been many moons since I bought a gun. My XD was my last purchase when they first came out.

    I has 25rd Remington mag and it blows.....of course it goes into a POS and thats the real issue.
