Mine are fiberwerx only reason i went with them is because of the issues on time glasworks seems to take on shipping and im nowhere near there to pick them up. Got mine in about a week and a half if that.

Your not going to make it any stiffer by having tripples
Double are pretty much having 3 tubes, except your "bump zone" is just 100% closed all the time.

Bypass's are just smoothbodies that you are making softer in certain sections of your travel

    Is it worth getting tripples?

if your going to use the zones then yes. ive tuned mine in and am very happy with the results, im sure anyone who tunes there shocks in do. but if u just buy em and leave all the zones wide open, might as well of gotten a smooth body shock and saved yourself the money.

i love having the 2 compression and 1 rebound, i made the 1st zone moderately soft so the lower end of travel is smooth over smaller terrain and the second zone is stiffer so when i jump it or get into larger whoops and ect its much stiffer so i get the best of both worlds. smoother on small stuff and stiffer on heavy shit.

So yes if u use the tripples there awesome, if u dont use the 2 compr and rebound then u just wasted alot of money. like Tyler said, a bypass shock is a smooth body, but it just has zones u can modify so u can valve the shock much easier and more accurately. if u use em more power to ya, if not then u just dropped alot of cash for nothing.

This is what I have "heard" when talking to a shock guy. When it comes to our front setup getting 13" of travel & utilizing an 8" shock there isnt enough stroke to really tune a 3 tube bypass. Even with a double bypass in the front you dont notice a damping difference until you get close to closing off the tube. Tuning of the bypass tubes are more pronounced on longer shocks.

Maybe thats why they say its alot harder to tune shorter shocks, like on a cantilever setup, compared to a longer shock setup vertically at 1:1 ratio.

i said "us"... as in including myself since i have triples out back...lol

i ain't mad... infact i'm happy cuz my truck only see's pavement anyways so secondaries up front would be a waste of my moneies

i just ordered new shim stacks from icon so those will make a big difference in the front end performance... right now it's way too soft

The majority of the time, you have the last compression tube closed anyways.
Pretty much makes it a double bypass. If you find a good deal on doubles get them, I will bet you that I can tune them to work just as good

I am looking for a mid-travel setup! I don't usually troll this thread sooooo

If anyone knows of something used that comes up, could you shoot me a PM?

Hopefully I can find a setup in descent shape from someone returning to stock or upgrading to LT. I just simply don't have the money to buy new right now, with new baby, business, and wife on maternity leave!

    Thanks in advance guys!

Yeah but those were a one-off custom shock built by Bilstein and were Velocity and Position Sensitive, basically a super internal bypass
