I am having some warranty work done here and man I can't stand waiting around here! It starts with glance at a new truck and walking the lot then I start looking at window stickers..... The next thing you know I am opening doors huffing the new truck smell :D Then my mind starts thinking on what I could do to get a new truck or a bigger truck!!!! It's like they put something in the air here.....

So after all that does anyone else have the same problem?

Hell ya, would always check them out every time! Test drove an fj one of the times and came pretty close to trading until they listed it for $35k and had a spacer lift!

Love that smell......love my truck more though, lol!

There is a reason the waiting room for the service department is connected to the showroom floow at most dealers. :)

Seriously, though, I wouldn't make an impulse purchase. I did that once a while back and regretted it. If you are set on a purchase, sit on it for a week and think about it.

The new smell is nice but mine is still new to me. Its when they have the newer features that gets me. Like the new head units on the 12's. But that is something I can upgrade easily. Now if they come out with a newer engine with more mpg's I'll be wanting. But I'm plenty content for now. I said I was gonna keep this truck for many years. But yes, when having service done I don't like just waiting in the waiting area, I like to walk around and look at what's on the lot. That is if I'm not pacing and trying to see what they're doing to my baby.

Those Rally Fighters are pretty sweet but a bit outta my price range  I wonder how those would handle during rush hour traffic on the sides of the freeway with all the gravel......

I used to, but now when I roll into the dealership everyone comes out to look at my truck. There is no truck in the dealership that will hold a candle to mine!

I would trade only if it's for the Land Cruiser! And only if the sticker price is cut in half.

That's nice man! If I was in the market for one I would be hitting you up. I really like the brand new FJs but I would love them if they had an even more retro look (and not so BIG). - can you tell I like small trucks LOL

It had a frame off restoration just before those pics 10 years ago or so. It's a beast to drive. No power anything! Lol I drove it for a summer when I was shopping for my extended cab taco years ago. No a/c was killer!
