Installed my full set of relentless skids today. Took a bit of persuasion to get everything mounted, but they are in now. God help me if I have to take off the t-case skid. That one did not want to mount up right.

Maybe oval out the holes a bit to make them an easier fit^^?

I took my Tacoma to the local offroad area for the 4th day in a row. Was dirtbiking today. Had an adventurous weekend! Awesome! Came home with some garbage and lots of cans. I hate polluters and poachers.

Added this stubby antenna, kinda hard to see on this pic, but a big improvement from stock one that hits on everything. 1809694c-38a6-6c63_fe3d4d84b555f7b5f3ec843680fbb35aa6937237.jpg

Did my own front end alignment.

I installed Bilsteins two weeks ago. Had Les Schwab do the alignment. Never worked right after that. Did not want to deal with that idiot who I really think was too lazy to remove the skid plate to do a correct alignment.

The caster was way off causing the taco to wander and feel loose. It was a constant fight cruising on the freeway. It's now smooth as glass.

New OME lift kit put on today. It raised my truck about 6". Also changed out the rear diff and transfer case oil today. Tommarrow will be the front diff and possibly the transmission if I can figure out how to get the oil in there. Also will be doing the hose clamp boot mod in the morning before I take it and get it aligned. I have to figure out what to do about a slight shuddering when taking off as well. We left the sway bar off for the time being to see how it rides without it. So far, I cant tell much differance unless I make a fast jerk and then it is pretty noticeable.

Ok, I confess that the OME kit did NOT, in fact, lift me 6", but that's about how much wood I got after getting it on. It did lift me more than 2.5 I am pretty sure(the truck, not wood) cause it is very noticable that it is higher when I go to reach in the bed or even climb in the truck.

No wombats were harmed during the lifting of this truck and copious(though barely not too copious) amounts of adult malted beverages were drank. Any or all reproduction of this material by unauthorized individuals is subject to two beers on ice or one coke and rum in hand. :D
