fool don't you know this is what i have already!! underneath my back seats i have the floor cut out and 2 10's. its right on top of the gas tank, i just want to make the box more acoustic then it is now, so that i can get the most out of my subs. cause i know they are so quiet now compared to how they used to be.

    Nice!
Yeah I made this box out of fiberglass and bought subs that require very little airspace to make due with what I had. I didn't have to cut the floor, but I did cut forward to get the extra space I needed. Had to cut, weld, and add more metal for support, but it works. It hits surprisingly hard for how little airspace there is.

That's a picture of the Tundra.

I have subs in the Taco too....but I don't normally play the radio when I'm wheeling. Don't need the distraction.

    This is the taco

but your selling your bypasses though! I'm guessing in the way future is when all this is going to happen then?
yup yup, it sucks my wholllllllleeeeeeee back seats underneath going from door to door pretty much is cut out and the sub boxed is dropped under. it needs some new loving to it for sure. mine hits, but not as nearly as it used to. i know i probably can't get what i want since he gas tank is right below the sub box, so we will see. but ya thats exactly how mine is set up now. just a bit more janky ha. no even a fiberglass box i think..may be straight sheet metal..lol

yeah, that looks like a nice little setup. the JL W1's are actually pretty kick-ass woofers. we did a couple 10" W1's in a double cab not too long ago in a custom box and it had some seriously concussive bass, considering those are only $160 a pop.

    They are 10's.
Definitions of "acoustic" vary. I can tell you that it's just a plain old a sealed box, no ports.

Seriously they are a great bargain sub. IIRC it only called for 1.25 cubic feet for two subs in a sealed box. I picked mine up on clearance on Amazon for $110 each about a little over a year ago. I'm running them off a JL Slash 500/1 amp and it serves my purposes very well.
