That's BS..dont' blame you for being mad. I would be. Get a refund, dispute the charge...whatever. Take your money elsewhere. Thanks for warning the rest of the TW folks of these guys.

Please post pics of bumper when you get it! All this drama and no bumper pics to end it would be sad :)

u do know they have done business with a crap load of people on here, and this is basically the first bad review i've seen on Demello. I'd take my chances with them and the fact everyone else takes as long or longer to get a bumper to someone i'd buy from them before anyone else.

about the only major bumper manufacturer that gets a bumper to you faster is ARB and thats because they are a pretty big company.

    what!?..

there's like only 3 people total that work in that shop besides Jason himself

you mean like after how many months did it take to get it shipped from the first phone conversation ordering the bumper to the last conversation demanding what is really going on and why he was lied to and when is it going to be actually shipped!?

Still the fact that demollo has not chimed in here isn't looking good, there rep is on the line with quite a few people here, I know I won't be ordering anything from them and I was looking at their sliders. Thanks for the heads up OP but still sorry about what happened. That sucks

even worse. I am a patient person. If a person needs time, I am fine with it. If they lie to me or brush me with bullshit, they are neither deserving of my time nor my hard earned cash. Lies only beget more lies. It is unacceptable to practice business this way.

The time period sounds pretty normal. But the company needs to be much more communicative to the customers, and not lie about the delivery dates.

If it is going to take 4 months, then say 4 months. I would still order one from them. But If I gotta play phone tag to figure out why my bumper is always a few weeks late, I wouldn't purchase from them. Or anyone.

I feel like they just need to improve on the customer service aspect, and the estimate of the timeframe for the product. Otherwise, I see nothing wrong with demello.

It amazes me that DO has still yet to respond to this thread, no explanation= no business from me. I understand delays happen, but there is no reason to those should not be relayed to the customer in a timely and HONEST fashion.

There's like 3 of us who have an ARB. That's not everyone. :p

Who needs recovery points when I have a winch and a tow hook that could pull a dump truck?

And I can use my winch just fine ya whiner! Nyuck nyuck nyuck.

I just love my ARB. :D

    .
Look, to all of you people torching DO for not coming in here, you know what, if I was the owner, I wouldn't come in here either, why would I? What purpose would it serve, I read all the posts and it seems to me that the situation has more or less resolved itself. This is the only time I have heard of ANY problem with the company and you know what? None of you people know what happened on DO's end. As a small business guy, I can tell you, all KINDS of shit happens, somebody busts a wrist, the book keeper goes out of maternity leave, somebody quits, or you have to fire a guy, dude's wife leaves dude for female tennis star, cat fuckin dies, some people have a ton of grandmothers that die, too many cases of the Romanian 24 hour bottle flu, possession by Satan, maybe it's hard to find a really good welder, fuck, IDK, could be anything, it ain't hard to fall behind believe me. I got a fucking Staph infection, that's costing me WEEKS of work, I'm freaking the fuck out, I need to be working, my guys need to be working, shit happens. You don't want to buy something from them, fine go somewhere else. IMO, it's sounds kind of isolated to me, not systemic.
