Rear locker (detroit truetrac), Front locker (lock-rite), 4.10 Gear ratio, Aem intake, Magnaflow exhaust, 3" suspension lift, 3" body lift, stage 1 racing clutch, 16x10 ProComp wheels, 305/70/16 Bf KM2s
I went trough about 6 power steering pumps, 2 racks and 5 cv shafts..
I was wondering if my problem is causes by my 3" suspension lift since every thing is in an angle.
I want to remove my 3" of suspension and use a real one, I would get the 6" fabtech, that would give me 9" of lift.
I also want to get bigger tires 35s or 36s and don't know what to do.
I think that with everything in the right angle going from 33s to 36s shouldn't be a problem but I still don't want to replace cv shafts and pumps!!! :(
Was also thinking about a SAS but it is a lot of money.!!

    Any suggestions or advice?

I also have upgraded my power steering by adding a oil cooler, a magnetise filter and a double size reservoir with no positive outcomes!

    ...too much shit to list.
You're breaking CV shafts (axle)??? Or are you breaking the cv joints themselves? Or cv boots?

You've got a lunchbox locker up front. Honestly I'm not surprised if you are breaking CV joints. I would be surprised if you're breaking the axle. You've got to relearn to wheel with a an IFS truck with a lunchbox up front. You can't just hit the gas full lock/compression.

And as for a "real" lift, a 6" DB lift < 3" suspension lift.

Light bar and bumper guard, 3/16 steel skid plates for engine, tranny and transfer box, OME 881 springs with 5100 shocks at mid clip. AAL in rear. Positraction rear diff.
Did you drop the front diff. when you did the suspension lift? If not that maybe why you are going thru CVs.

Si senior. DB is dropbracket. All 6" lifts are DB lifts. You might wanna take some better pics of your front susp.
