Sorry guys. it has been a loooong day. got a call from my daughter at 6 am, her car broke down. Sounded electrical. Loaded up and drove out to Montevallo to check on her, suspected alternator. Got there and took a look at it, not good. Appears the oil pump quit, and the motor is locked up. Brought her home, got to the shop and had to deal with headaches there. Got off at 5, went home, borrowed brother-in-law's truck, grabbed dolly from shop, drove BACK out to Montevallo, loaded her car up and towed it to the shop. It was 8:45 before I got home. I will do a bit of research and let you all know what I find, and can suggest. Matt, I am sorry. I had hoped that once the TP sensor was replaced, things would change. I am still not 100% convinced it doesn't have something to do with the connector. Maybe a replacement pigtail? I will look into it and see. Sorry guys, when the pregnant daughter is in trouble, EVERYTHING else takes a back seat.

well i can't tell if it is a fuel pump or not. I am guessing it's not an electronic fuel pump, seeing as there is no fuse for it. Haven't done a compression test. not really sure how to do one. Read up on it though and the truck has to be at normal operating temp.. correct? if so, can't do that until i get it started. I might be putting this thing off until after next week. got it for sale on ebay though.... it's on there for 7 days. if it doesnt sell then i'll see what i can do. I am kinda hoping that it does and that it doesn't. i want it out of my hair but at the same time, i have all this time and money in it, i want to see it run like it is suppose to!
