Tacoma Mods: How Much Have You Spent?

I am right at 20K

 

^You spent $20k in mods? On what?!?

 

My mods were all fairly small but I just purchased my lift kit...that all ran me about $3,200 with shipping from wheelers. So I guess I am around 5k in total mods.

been purchasing here and there, still within the hundreds though. might be close to $1k not sure yet.

To each their own, only you can say its worth it or not. I wasnt knocking how much you spent, just more curious on what was actually done. For $20k you have to have some serious mods

 

i blame it on you fuckers making me want to do more to it. that and deployments giving me the money to be able to do it

 

no kidding - more than half of my expenses have come from you guys on here....would of never done sun roof, leather heated seats, 4runner mirrors, and a bunch of other small things had I not read it on here. Even without this forum I still would of done stereo, remote start, and lift/tires. Otherwise I would of been all stock LOL

im pretty sure im ~20k about to put another 20k into it alot of which will be from selling alot of my old parts and allpro stuff

allrpro bumper skids rocksliders rear bumper side pieces hideaway hitch and warn winch with synthetic rope + install 5k

Engage front LT ~3k

first set of rims and tires - 1500

6 method Desert truck beadlocks and 35x12.50x17 MT baja claws 4k

first set of glass 600

second set of glass 1100

headlights and tails 300

husky liners - i forget how much

Nav speakers amps and subs 1500ish

race radio and misc for it 400

gears - 250

i know im forgetting a few things and my next mods will be financed a bunch from selling things i no longer need. It adds up too quick.

Edit: i guess i should add I have sold a few things and need to get off my ass and sell the rest of the crap and I wouldnt be so high into it.

 

Suspension 500
Audio system 800
Tires and rims 1400

 

7000 for lift
400 rims and tires
500 for radio and recovery stuff
400 for lights

Smh...shoulda bought a prius.

 

I just finished re-calculating my total now that I have the truck almost the way I want it. I have eclipsed the $10,000 mark.

 

encroaching on the 8k mark... and not even close to where i want it

 

I've spent 25k on mods for my '06 x-runner . I'm at 6k for my '11 4x4
