    Meh...

I got the high-output in amber because I just wanted to get rid of the lamps and go LED.

They suck. Can barely see them, can't see the blue at all on the temp control.

The only way to make an improvement on the AC panel is to strip it down and remove the tinted part, then use aluminum foil to reflect the LEDs around.

Re-installed my sway bar today. While I could live with it off, It really does handle better on road with it. Plus, if my wife ever drove it she would be on her head in a ditch the way she drives. If this becomes more ofa toy truck, I may take it back off.

I had LEDs in my Eclipse..the stock panel was the same orange/amber that the Taco is.The bigger issue here is that the whole panel is lit with the light spiders . You need the LEDs that have more than one diode that throw light in different directions. Most LEDs are narrow angle single diode,so they throw alot of light, but only in one direction. I want to try to get a multi-diode chip that I can wire in...we'll see where it goes.

The other thing is that any amber LED I've seen is far more yellow than orange like the stock ones are.I wonder if perhaps the orange coloring on the control panel filtered out alot of the light output..?

Nice! I have one for a year now. I have the combo lock on mine. Nobody gets in there without permission. I hide cigars from the wife there sometimes, she wants me to quit.

I'm always a day late but what the heck... picked up my Shrockworks sliders from UPS after they screwed up their delivery attempt.

Will try to install them over the next couple of days and get better pictures
    [IMG]

These things are beefy and very nice overall but the wait SUCKED considering I ordered them in January and just got them yesterday.
