Can anyone tell me what type of suspension the PO put in AND... if I adjust them ( fine threads at bottem ) either up or down, will it raise the height or just stiffen them?? they are set around the bottem 3rd.

***sorry for the cell pics... i will try to get others when cleaner and better quality***

    Hope you guys can help!

what about the shocks? hard to see the fine thread close to the bottom... do you think adjusting them would make them firmer or raise the ride height?

I think they use Bilstein 5100s with that. If you adjust them (compress the coil more) it will probably raise it and make them ride firmer

Check out my build. I got about 3" off my setup (probably less after it settles) and the wifey couldn't feel the difference from stock! Do it once, do it right!

Man, that stuff is a pain to work with! Looks like you did a nice professional job of it though. A couple days ago I was actually using that same type of stuff wrapping a couple of small motorcycle parts with it and I tell ya, I almost gave a couple of times. The air bubbles and wrinkles drove me crazy!

Pulled my motor and transmission yesterday, today took the transmission to get re-sealed and pulled my brake rotors and pads. Tomorrow will re-pack the front bearings, install new rotors and pads. I also ordered billies for the front and rear and a wheelers 2" AAL. New motor comes in next week and so does the wheelers order hopefully. Will get some pics up tomorrow.
