I'm gonna pass since drilling "2 holes max" to the frame is needed for the install. Sorry Relentless and Dave.

 

The reason behind me mentioning that, is so there are no surprises should I need to use extra mounting locations. The sliders will be bolt on with no drilling, but for those intending to beat them in the rocks I want them to be as solid as possible, therefor drilling a couple holes may be necessary.

Whoever gets the bolt on I would love to see pictures of the install.

I would like something more substantial than step bars but I do not want to drill into the frame at this point. If relentless can deliver bolt on sliders without drilling that can withstand light offroad use then I would be all over that. I have yet to buy because I have not seen any reviews or info on their bolt on sliders.

I am waiting for a reply from on Eric on this exact subject, I only use my truck for off road applications. As it stands my participation in the GB is pending until I hear back from Eric. Eric seems honest enough so I will take him for his word if he says that the no drill sliders will hold the full weight of the truck. Last I heard the design was not finalized...

I'm on Oahu, so when they come am i going to have to pick these up from somewhere or do they come to my house?

 

Jamey, the sliders will get bulk shipped (4 set/pallet) to a local Fastenal location. We'll need to pick up from there. If you're on Oahu, it'll be near the Servco on Sand Island.
