    tundra is a nice truck almost to nice. its not something i would take off roading all the time. I would buy the 4x4 as an extra security back of my mind safety to have.
    i might get moms when i graduate college. still looking forward to either a new 4x4 tacoma or converting my prerunner. still a long ways off so who knows? lol

    My dads got a 2011 tundy he bought new, they don't have the plug power inverters in them fyi. It's what I get to make fun of him for cause he calls my truck his trucks son lol

    Yeah...Reliable and workable for power. Rod's truck drives nice. I would have to shop the options if there was a diesel option. If only gas...I'd have to make due, I guess.

    I remember an old tred about some guy saying he was going to make a diesel engine swap kit for 2nd gens. Cost around 9-10 grand. I'm assuming it was just someone talking the talk again.

    Yeah...If I had money to throw away- I might do that. But I'd rather get the cargo capacity and the power at the same time. And while I'm wishing- I'll take a programmer and a blower for it too...

    lol I love my 2wd beast, honestly might just end up getting a 2wd 3rd gen.. undecided.. but with 4x4 god damn could I take off with a supercharger...
    The Tundy's are Huge, I'm 6'6" and I can basically lay across the back seat of one.

    x2, I just get paid 12 hour flat rate, doesn't matter if I stay a half hour longer or leave a half hour earlier..

    my bosses mom works with us too and i think she gets paid similarly. Im glad i dont get paid like that because sometimes we have people who love to stay late. we close at 9pm and sometimes dont leave until 1030 because of people like that. the up side is more $$$ lol. cant complain too too much because working dishwasher at this fish house paid for my sound system in my truck :D

    from 14-17 I worked in a resturant part time :) one of the most kick ass jobs I've ever had. Did dishwashing, waiter, cook, whatever they neede. It was a classy place too so It taught me some kick ass recipies and how to cook.

    That job will give you more life skills then you realize man :D
