I am not critical of the fire rescue, but I think their policy is to cover the body before transport. I dont think they knew I was positioned where I was and that I had a long lens.

I think it's okay to be public as long as you don't put any comments of suicide. The family may get you for that. I would just say it's a rescue of some sort, commending the rescuers.

Absolutely....I was thinking the same thing. But IMHO it isn't about how graphic it is, it is about respect for the family. Could you imagine if you were a family member and happened to come across this on YouTube? Nothing good could come of this.....

^^This. Not "graphic" just not really respectful. Put yourself in their shoes. I know I wouldn't want to have that on YT if it were me.

Thats true. However, this person committed suicide in a public place. I believe very strongly in transparency and free press.

If we censored all content and events due to sensitivty of family then the world would suffer tremendously.

The event in my video isnt ground breaking and isnt of huge importance but I do believe that "life" needs to be shown.

The reason why I havent made this video public before was due to concerns about family feelings. However, I believe they are over-ridden by the bigger picture.

I respect those who disagree though.

I would just be concerned that the family/friends of that person would find the video...I don't think they need to see it.

But that is one good pilot. If you watch closely he never actually sets down. Just hovers the entire time inches above the beach and surf.

I don't think anything about this video is disrepectful. If anything, it shows that as a people we care enough to come gather the deceased for a proper funeral and burial.

I spend alot of time uploading 1080 and I wish there was a way I could prevent people from watching my videos in anything less than 1080.
