Each time I rotate my tires I feel my steering vibrate at around 55-60mph. Vibration stops pass 60 mph. Toyota dealership tells me I need Hubcentric rings 4wheelpar?s store tells me I need to buy to correct lug Nuts. Of course stock lug nuts does not fit aftermarket wheels Dick Cepek DC2 17x9 on terra grappler 285/70-17 store that I bought tires used lug nuts that fits new wheels. My question do I need new lug nuts or buy hub centric rings....

    Mahalo for inputs....
