Nothing, more vicious than a Rabid Turkey. Best not to take any chances. In Pennsylvania, you have to wait until they break into your house, Florida, as soon as they threaten your life.

LOL I sort of worked today but around the homestead. Finished the weeding, cleaned the grill inside and out, sort of a spring cleaning, and hid some speaker wires and the cable TV wire under the house siding in the rear of the house.

The wiring fix I had put off for almost a year.

As Susan said, TGIF! It is supposed to be a nice weekend here in the Northland. Tomorrow is deck furniture day. Should be warm enough to event sit out at night. I love to star gaze in the summer. Many nights I snooze out on the deck until 2-3 in the morning. Have a good weekend all!

Morning everyone!! Whirlwind week - as usual anymore. Weekend doesn't look any better. Lots of grass to cut - and catch up on not getting it done last weekend with all the rain.

I've got pressure treated lumber sitting in the garage waiting for me to build a shooting bench - got some great plans that show all the lumber cuts to maximize the use of the wood and step by step directions. I think I might be able to pull it off.

Our college's baseball team won two in a row to cinch a spot in the Division II NJCAA World Series Championship in Enid OK next weekend. They were rated 3rd in the country going into the playoffs; pulled out a squeaker i the first game coming from behind 7-2 to win it 9-8 in the bottom of the 9th. They second game they got in the groove and stomped the other team 14-2. We had several major league scouts at the game - one was from the Red Sox. Go Falcons!

    Enjoy the weekend!!

After reading your post about the Falcon's Baseball team, I googled Lackawana's web site. Nice web site. Appears to be a progressive, well rounded small college. Good job!
