Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I made some small mistakes when I bought. I am glad that I am handy and can do things myself but it still adds up. My roommate is going to be moving out the end of the month so my extra cash it brought in is going away. My pay raise I got is about cut in half with that :(.
I replaced all the windows, redid the kitchen and bathroom. Bamboo floors in the upstairs, tile in the bathroom and kitchen. The only thing I have paid anyone to do so far has been the AC and water heater. But home warranty paid for it!

Bedrooms need a fire egress , can be door or window

Bathrooms in Canada do not require a window , not sure Stateside

Keith , you should find an air conditioning company that does free estimates and have a guy stop by and let you know what you can do with the sizing of your existing system

Instead of bringing the price down on the house for some of the things... I said "Oh, I can handle that." Never do that. Always haggle even on the small stuff. Like the windows. They were all original to the house (1980) and 2 had cracks on the inner pane. Instead of haggling the price down more I just bit the bullet. Carpet needs replaced in areas.
Oh, and ALWAYS get a home warranty if available in Canada. If something major breaks down it only costs you 15% of normal cost.

When the weather is nice, they are open. too hot or cold and nope  They are open right now and with the fans going, it's quite comfortable in here.

Just because they "say" it's worth that... my argument is I'm not selling at the moment and it's too much. I can file a complaint and they can either agree with me or not... It can either let my taxes stay the same or go up to what they say. It's worth a shot.... tired of being a door mat

Part of my power engineering covers HVAC systems. It's based on air flow through square footage. BUT some systems you have wiggle room, and can add a slightly faster fan, increasing air flow but not going over the ceiling air speed limits. Thats what we did with a friend of mines house.
I'm a kick ass negotiator, got my Taco for 3.5K off price. and I'm not affraid to walk. Just wish I didn't buy the god damn f'ing aftermarket warrantee

Probably some differences but all are governed by the National Building Code

Should have clarified , door to the exterior or window

No requirement for a closet here , that's a stupid rule

Erica wants a new (2011/2012) jeep laredo. I plan on getting that price down a whole lot. The 2011 I have my eye on is starting at 32k with 17k miles on it. I think I can drop it down below 30k if I just nitpick the crap out of it.

Building codes should cover safety and structural concerns

    The end

No, the 2011 jeep. She has a 2002 cougar right now. It's time for her to upgrade. If we have kids we need a vehicle with 4 full doors. A new 2012 jeep would be 42k or something like that :(
