    Goolash is basically just tons of food thrown in and mixed together and cooked. Basically I made a 2 gallon pot of penne, half pound of beef, veggies and tomato sauce. been eating it last 3 days.

    I pan fried it in juices to keep it moist, can't even notice a flavour difference :D

    I ran out of room in the pot though, so I threw out the other half pound to be safe. I didn't want to risk re freezing it.
