just for anyone who is still iffy on these lights, they are bright as fuck!!!!!! Like the pics and videos that people have posted on here dont really show how bright these things are! I bought 4 of them but i almost feel it was a waste now! I mounted 2 last night and with just 2 on i cant even see my projector headlights or 55w grill lights!! They are pretty much useless for offroad now!

Whenever i got them my buddy was worried about them not being bright enough because he is a firefighter and he said they have led spotlights on the trucks and they are huge and he was disappointed in them. Then we hooked up just one of these to see how bright it was and he is very impressed! If im in the middle of my street, the house at the far end is probably 400- 450 yards away and i can literally see whats in their garage with just 2 of these lights!!!!!! Amazing!

Im gonna mount the other two just because i have them but its really a waste of $200!

Front Aluminum bumper by Relentless Fab. Smittybuilt Winch Complete set of skids by ATO TC UCA's Fox Ext. Travel Front Reservoirs.
Mount 3 up front and put the 4th to the rear, always nice having extra light for backing.

I bought 4 but have not mounted them yet. I may get a couple more for bed/backing lighting.

where have people been putting these? I was thinking of mounting them on my bumper in front of my grill, think they would shake too much there? Think I can bolt straight to the plastic bumper? Thanks guys!

Looks good mang! Does that position cut the beam of light at all on the hood of your truck? I'm debating some positions, but notice that some angles of light might obstruct onto the truck (hood/fenders) when compared to running them in the very front of the truck.

Nice idea with painting the faces black, I might do that now

I didn't do a great job with the photos since I was rushing to get out of the street and beat the rain.

These little guys are BRIGHT and get hot. Running them at a stand still the thermal protection kicked in and dimmed them way down. With airflow they stay cool to the touch and on high.

How are some of you planning on mounting in the rear? Gets me thinking if I should put 3 in front since so bright and one in rear....hm maybe by the brake light so also provides bed lighting?

For the rear, I'm thinking one on either side of the trailer hitch. That way they are still protected from rocks and such. I am often out fishing or camping in the backwoods after dark and backing up with those scrawny reverse lights is a pain. I'll shoot a picture of where later today.

This is what I worry about. When I would most likely be using these is during summer nights in the desert and moving very slowly. Will they keeping shutting down because there is no way I am going to be traveling 30 miles per hour in the desert at night?
