Yep!! Adam knows, There are people that know whats up on that site. But a lot of groupies too. Its actually pretty funny to read E-fabbers what they say on there. Its always "when I get my truck done" and "you did that wrong"
I just keep my mouth shut and let my truck speak for itself by going to the desert. (Me and Adam team 80's leaf sprung toyota baby!!)

All three of those trucks are awesome, I'm friends with elliot (tan) and met scott on a mojave trip in April, haven't seen Adam's in the desert but it looked pretty in his driveway haha one of these days I'll make it on a trip with tw and see it in action.

And no trips since April work is killing me right now all my weekends are full until at least July=/

 

Anyone know what's legal in terms of fog lights/running lights in Cali? Is there a maximum brightness or number of lights? I run with my stock fogs on all time, so what else is allowed?

I'm adding some lights and though I'm sure I can't run my 3200 lumen LEDs (really bright), can I run two 6" (800 lumen) light bars as running lights/fogs? Their beam pattern on blitzpro says "Flood (fog)". Gonna put two of them in my hood scoop Also got their 4" Amber LED pod....considering putting couple up front but also wondering if can be used....

What's legal to run on street...anyone?

easiest way is to get into the eye height/level of a crown vic driver and look at your truck with the desired lights turned out. If it blinds you, then you're gonna get a ticket.

 

relik... I know there is a certain number of light you are allowed on the front of a passenger vehicle but I have no idea what the number is... IIRC its 8 but could be completely wrong

ya your not allowed to have more then 8 off highway lamps

Yeah it's eight. Thanks for link, seems theres a limit of 2 foglamps (maximum 4 lamps including headlamps on at a time also) and they have to be aimed at an angle downward so that its 4 inches lower than center at 25 feet. So I could swap the stock fog lights on for two others at a time I guess. But If I do 4, I'll make sure they are not bothersome in sight and aim them downwards as said...

Damn my hood scoop is also more than 30 inches from ground, so no loophole! lol

 

IDK... are they both back there? which one has the indoor range?

 

matt - Island view is the new one just opened up recently I talked to one of the guys that works there at the gun show a few months ago.

relik- you could probably get away with the hood scoop as long as it was pointed down lol or throw it on a switch so cops don't see it
