The "Deal or No Deal" Thread

Hey Everyone! I haven’t seen a thread like this around and I hope it can go to good use and can be helpful to a handful of people.

The reason for this thread is to ask other TW members if something you’re about to buy is a DEAL or NOT.

Maybe you already did some research on a certain part you’ve been searching for but still want to know what others think of the deal you’re getting. Maybe in your research you found so many fluctuating price differences and just need to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Maybe you know it's a deal based on YOUR research, but some other member might no a place that has an even better deal.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
1. This is NOT a thread to post items for sale/trade, but simply a DEAL or NO DEAL thread
- If NO DEAL, state why and point the member in the right direction for a "better" deal
2. DO NOT post links to an item you’re planning to buy; other members might jump on it before you do
3. Feel free to post ANYTHING you’re about to purchase (auto related or not)
4. Posting photos of the item is OKAY

 

Maybe this thread can have potential to be a "Sticky" some day

This for $250. Should I get it or not?

Came off what looks like a lowered Frontier. BFG A/T, seller says is pretty worn. The crappy thing about this is the size of the tires. Wheels are 16" but tires are 235/70/R16. So they are 2" smaller in diameter than the ones I have on my truck now. So I'm guessing if you think I should get it, it would be because of the wheels only.
