I ordered the truck 3 months ago, and was told my build date is 5-21-12 with a scheduled delivery date of 6-15-12.

TRD Supercharger is being installed at the dealer.

Truck is a double-cab, shortbed, black.

I will be installing a Black SE grille, rear bumper will be black, and tires will be 265-75-16's.

I will post more when the truck arrives.

Besides the Supercharger you are adding. All the other oem crap quality upgrades you could get cheaper yourself, and better stuff. Congrats on the truck, but way overpriced and that stupid decal on it, and cheesy 2 inch lift with crappy UCA's Would of bought a Double Cab short bed, and done the rest for a lot less then they are charging you

    Very Nice!

    Let's try again...

Congratulations on your new truck! May I suggest before you take delivery of your new truck you look into the value of the components provided versus the upcharge for the option? Most believe that higher grade components can be purchased and installed for less than the sticker value of this option - of course, I don't know what you paid for the option and as long as you are happy with your truck that's all that counts! Personally, I don't care for the graphics on this package, but once again it's your truck.

Regardless, the supercharger sounds really cool!

Post some pics when you get it!

Congrats on your purchase OP, and hopefull it will arrive sooner than expected. I know alot of people bag on the Baja, but I personally love the idea of a lifted factory truck. I have always been a stock suspension guy for comfort/drive purposes. This Baja just popped up at my local dealership here in Texas, and I had to go take a look. It is very cool, but cost 39K and doesnt even have the entune. I thought when they announced the pricing for the package it was gonna offset or reduce the offroad package to keep the price in the mid 30's? I guess that was false info cause without entune it is 39k so you gotta figure with entune would be over 40K.

All said and done cool truck and congrats again!

Let the man spend HIS money how he pleases.

Congrats dude. My TRD was delivered 24 days after build date for a frame of reference. I'm in the mid-Atlantic region so transit was a little longer I suppose.

    Actually, you are incorrect.

Shocks and suspension? They are not off-the-shelf available. The valving is completely different giving a much smoother ride than what is available aftermarket.

The TRD exaust cannot be purchased in the aftermarket (something different, yes, but not what I want).

Stupid decal? On the black Tacoma, I very much like the look. If you don't like it, don't look.

As for the pricing, you have no idea how much I am paying, so please reserve judgement for things to which you might have a clue.

I am going to purchase the truck and drive it.

It is perfect for my application..... but thank you for your input!

If it is aftermarket, it is not TRD. I'm not sure how simple that could be to understand.
