Depending where you live, they weather might kill them.when they first came out(i think kodiaks) the horrible winters in jersey were killing them.I assume the design is better now

Hey, do they fit the double cab well enough? I thought they were only long enough for the access cab.

I have a 6in lift and 35s and my girlfriend is only 4 foot 9 so I needed them.

They are so nice. I get more complements for these steps than anything else I have. They were shipped and on my door step within 3 days of ordering. They also have a 5 year warranty on them. they also come with 2 leds for each side that go under the cab and light up when the doors are opened. one of my favorite mods for sure :D

Do they mount to the frame or the body? If they mount to the body then they will work with a body lift but if they mount to the frame it probably wouldn't work well and be much lower than the body

they mount right on the frame. There is no way they would hold their weight capacity of 600lbs per side if they were mounted to the body.

Did u install them yourself ? On other cars they attach to the body pinchweld. Can you get a picture of where it is mounted? Do you think they would line up with a 3 inch body lift?

I have a buddy that owns a shop and is an authorized installer so I assisted in the install. I don't have any pics on where they are mounted. I have a 6in ProComp lift and they are the perfect fit for a lift that high. I dont know much of anything about body lifts So I'm not sure if they would work or not

yea its really nice when you are drying off the roof. and they have a security feature that allows you to put your foot on the step and shut the door and they will stay down. This is really nice when you are washing your truck and you want to wash these as well.
