    I would need to talk to Steve first and see what he says. I will give him a call this week and I will ask him if he would be interested. I really don't think there would be a lot of interest since most people here don't really wheel there trucks to the point of actually needing to winch.

    While this is true (and I am included) he is also on a ton of forums. He might make it to where he advertises it all over different forums to gather more interest. Just a thought.

    Good to know. I have been looking at his 3/8" shackles and a few other recovery items he sells. Looks like I should pull the trigger.

    Instead of using metal shackles for d-rings, soft shackles are made of amsteel blue synthetic line (which will make recoveries much faster and much safer). Only downside seems to be that they can cut and rip easily due to the mounting surface (metal bumpers).

    I ordered the new Ishock lift and it'll be here thursday. I have a set of 5100's coming off the truck with stock coils set at 1.75" up front. If anyone needs a set, we can swap at the mod day if we pull this off soon. However, I'm pretty anxious to get them on, so I might even break down and pay to have them installed...FML.

    I have most of the tools and a cordless impact, just no garage, jacks, or jackstands.

    Finally made it home, got the truck unpacked and now having some BBQ. Will get some vids and pics loaded in a little bit. Drove over 5,700 miles since we left on the 11th. That was a long ride home.

    Goes in to Firestone tomorrow for a front end alignment, then Friday I will change the oil out, clean the air filter and locktite the wheel hub bolts that came loose so it doesn't happen again.
