    An exposed radiator? :p.

Truck looks great, eventually I will run a linked front like this....but I am not done beating up my IFS yet. But definitely gives me something to look forward to.

The guy that did your truck. Is this the first three link that he has done? Just wondering. Or are there other three link tacomas rolling around

It was the first street legal link setup. He has setup several linked setup for offroad only, with air shocks. Damien did a heck of job, especially it being his first one, but I knew from the past work he had done for me and other people that I know that he wouldn't half ass anything. The thing with him and any project he does, he treats it like it's his. It isn't just a job, he puts everything into it and it shows. It rides great, better than the IFS (so I think). My buddy that aligned it said that he thought it had less body roll that the IFS did (I had a sway bar off).

Thanks, I'm going to test her out this weekend at URE. We have a group going to camp all weekend for Memorial Day. I'm anxious to see the difference between the IFS and solid axle. Just from messing around with the suspension it should be good... just got to keep the tires on the ground

Thanks, I was very pleased with how it did. I'm still getting used to it and trying to find it's limits. The stability is awesome in this thing. I just have to learn to trust it. I can flex it to the point where I think it's lifting, and I'll still have 1-2 inches of flex

Well the fact that its not a fragile, complicated pile of shit. and that your axles wont blow apart the second you start hoping...ifs is lame sauce:rolleyes:

    Except for when it's not.

Anyway, getting back on topic: I'm way deep in the fan club of this truck. I like that it's a converted pre-runner. I like that the swap was kept Toyota rather than going whole hog with a currie or diamond axle.

This is one of the more unique builds in the world, it's done very cleanly with excellent quality work and attention to detail, and it strikes a great balance between being a unique showpiece and being a vehicle that can get it done when it counts.

    I. Like. This. Truck.

    A lot.

    Man that came out clean!

Can you do me a favor? You should take a pic of it flexing from far enough away to get the whole truck plus a little bit of background and from a good front diagonal angle?

I need a new wallpaper, lol.
