FML. My tailgate handle broke with the tailgate closed. And the shitty plastic bed liner won't come all the way off with the gate closed. This is going to be an awkward repair.

Wouldn't you want new headers with a super charger for better air flow and what not?

    ...too much shit to list.
It's a truck...not a sports car. And no, if I got a supercharger (and I have one on the taco) I would not want headers. Why? Because it's a truck.
Besides, the old days of getting significantly noticeable gains from basic shit like intake and exhaust are long gone. The efficiency of the motors is already pretty much dialed in with a consistent powerband from the factory. Don't you think Toyota would equip the vehicle with some magic intake or headers if it made sense to do so? Yes you can get more peak HP/torque, but nothing is for free. You sacrifice low end, which is where you spend most of your time.
Now if I was building a race truck where I spent all day above 3500 RPM, it might be a different story. But I'm not, it's a DD. I'd rather take the header money and spend it on blow, hookers, and a couple of new iPhone apps.

Its also emission laws that keeps most vehicle from having a better intake and Headers. Look at the BMW M3 CSL. They didn't import them to the states because of the Intake setup, and lack of MAF.
