    Yeah, its a huge money pit!

    I'm getting my 16" triples installed, frame boxed, and a few other odds and ends done while I'm in Hawaii. After that then I'm just going to concentrate on valving to get it dialed in. From there I will see if I need hydro bumps or bypasses in the front.....after I guesset the heck out of everything.

    It will be a world of a difference, you can be even more reckless lol

    I have been a co driver in class 1, class 8 and stock full. I have a standing offer to co drive/ pit captain for the General Tire class 8 Dodge ram (the truck in the background of my sig), but i love what I do at races. I cant afford my own race program. So this would be a one shot deal at the 1k for me and some of my buds. It costs 20k!

    Yes, I have been racing Desert since I was 12, I am almost 40 now so I have a couple miles under my belt.

    And yes I understand the race isnt won in the first hour , I didnt know this my 1st race and could barely finish and got passed by just about every person on the course after I won the first hour!

    Nowadays I just try and just get to the bomb first (bummer, no more smoke!!) and then I can drop it down a notch. That way I wont need to ride in as much dust..I hate dust, gets my goggles all dusty, and I somehow manage to get dirt between my tearoffs, haha.

    When we did the 500 in 08' we separated it into 4 separate sections, I had a blast.

    I am currently building a bike for District 38 Desert series so I can race in the 250 expert class, I normally run expert open on a 450, but my 250 2-stroke is almost just as fast with the right person on it..so we will see.
