    I really need to quit coming in here before lunch. It makes me so :hungry:

    I have a friend that has one like that. He has had really good luck with it. His only complaint is that when he tried to smoke things when it is hot outside is that he doesn't get any smoke. The heating element doesn't have to turn on to keep it warm so it doesn't create smoke. Just something to keep in mind.

    Ant everything to do with the shrimp is separate. As in the shrimp is the only thing cooked and until you plate it never comes in contact with the salad. If you didnt want to put the salad on at all, you could.........just that way all of the shrimp is yours...:D
