    I think I need some new leafs in the rear. I have a 1.5" taco lean in the rear when I have a full tank of gas and it is very noticeable...

    There are a few on CGN that believe that ANY container that is anchored to the vehicle becomes "a utility compartment"

    I'm not that paranoid, for one thing because the penal code specifies "the" utility compartment.

    But the consolevault makes me nervous. I think it would be a winner in court, but until there is case law in favor, I wouldn't do it.

    Seriously, I have no clue to this day why they put the pipes where they do, lowest hanging place looks like a great spot for a high center and exhaust pinch...

    2009 4WD Reg cab Taco. Keepin it simple.
    So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.

    This happened all the time to me while I was in school! The nice's thing I did was let the air out of two of their tires, the meanest would have been me relocating the car so they got several tickets then towed! ;)

    I have mellowed with age though. :D

    These work wonders. Stiffening up the corners as well as providing a better anchor point for the bike. I suggested he make some with a relieved hole so as to not tear up the plastic coating on the straps.
