    I LMAO every time I see that building and the total waste of money they spent on that glass and roof.

    Just for instance that revolving door by itself without the stainless framing would cost me $30-$40k to purchase then I would sell it for at least $60k.

    They will never need to be replaced. They are stronger. When I was a kid our wood fence poles snapped off at the ground from high winds.

    They went bankrupt because of it I thought :notsure:

    It's always funny how architects and finance companies allow people to build shit they know the owner doesn't need.

    I actually make a living off stupid people like that so that's fine with me. I flip mall fronts over all the time. Some stores I have put new glass in three times over the past 7 years. The funny thing is the construction costs are usually the hurdle they can't get over making them ultimately fail. Yaaaaa for construction :)
