So I went to Jack in the box and had lunch with a friend just now. Got back in my car and it wouldn't start... It cranked over just fine and everything sounded good it just wouldn't fire. I gave it 2 good tries and then just push started it so I wouldn't kill my battery. On the push start it fired up the instant I let the clutch out and was running just fine. I've never had a push start go so smooth (granted this was the first time I have push started this car). It ran fine and sounds good, I even shut it off for a minute and it fired right back up. The check engine light is on but my code reader won't read my car for some reason, worked just fine on my Dad's '97 though. Hopefully it was just a fluke or I might be out of a DD.

    Nice find man:D
Yeah, new air filter, spark plugs and wires, pcv valve, valve cover gasket, the works man. I did that all 2 or 3 months ago now.

Thanks man! and Yep it's Monte's pic.

It wasn't too scary, maybe a little embarrassing. haha. My Taco was only a half mile away or so and if it were to take a crap I wouldn't be too butt hurt about it, I certainly feel like I got my money's worth out of that little car and I always have the Taco. I'd just rather not double my gas bill. haha Especially since I am trying the Ethanol free thing in the Taco now.

It's a '99 and I'm pretty sure it is an OBDII. I have that Torque app on my phone with one of those Bluetooth OBD adapters and it works just fine for reading all the data, a little slow but it works. No codes though. It just says there are no codes stored in the ECU, while I am staring at a CEL. haha
