Mike, I hope you had more then one pair because after exchanging pm's I sent payment for both the helms and heights Wednesday morning???

 

Wednesday morning is when I sent payment also. No mention of others buyers. He did tell me he was out of the country and wouldn't be back until the 28th.

 

Mike emailed me telling him to send the payment...I think I sent it Tuesday night. Just posted here Wednesday so no one else would mistakenly send payments to him. Sorry guys :/

I heard from Mike today. It seems he didn't have all the glasses he was selling and had to order them. He offered me the option of waiting until the he actually got the glasses or a refund. I opted for a refund. He promptly sent my payment back. Unfortunately, he didn't issue a refund, he sent me a payment. I'm not worried about the fees I ended up paying ($1.46), but since it was sent as a payment instead of a refund, I obviously won't have anything to send out and won't have any kind of proof of delivery. So if it's disputed in the next 60 days I'm SOL.

ETA - I am not saying Mike would dispute the payment. Just pointing out it leaves me with no recourse.

Pointless public ranting? Really? All I did was state the facts. If I was going to rant, it would be along the lines of:

"This seller is selling items he doesn't possess and taking money from people for product he has to order. I thought forum rules stated you had to show pictures of the actual item for sale."

But since I don't really want to get into pointless public ranting, I won't go there.

Also, since you want to "send another two bucks to stop me from posting the facts" let me ask; why didn't you simply do a refund?
